Boston weather

They say if u dont like weather in boston? just wait a minute.... well i dont really find it true somehow. Seems very true in the case of singapore though. Imagine u r shopping happily on a sunny day in Orchard den suddenly.... i mean suddenly u hear thunder, within like 15 minutes u find yourself stuck in the middle of a thunderstorm... well its only just rain or shine in Singapore for what i cared.

Hmmz well what i can say about boston weather is just like rojak..... yesterday was like 17 degrees, nice comfortable 17 degrees, and today subzero .... plus a snowstorm. Weather does not change within minutes here, it changes within a day. Yesterday may be calm and today the weather PMS... stuck in my dorm again hiding myself from the "post snow" freezing rain/ sleet. Pierces the eyes when i walk around, and it gets into your jacket and slowly melts... PISSING.... not to say it forms a wicked slush after it becames a "regular" rain, making crossing streets almost impossible... AND after a few days the sleet&snow buildups becomes a cake of ice... see several pple fall victims to it already ... i like....

Snow !!!

WALA long awaited episode ... yup i went snowboarding last weekend... first time in my life, thanks alot to Tris and his parents for bringing us there. Should be going down to the peaks over in massachusetts this weekend ba .... so wish i dont die young ;P...

<-----Oh man this is the picture taken just outside Tris' house...yuhei (japanese) , sio (singaporean), tris(american)... his front yard to be exact, the suburbs of New York ... the houses there are all practically lidat. Well dont really have the pictures of some of the trees in the mountains we saw on the way... well car movin too fast so cannot really take a picture of the trees that are ENCASED in ice. such a B - E - A - U - tiful sight. We arrived in the night before and this pic is taken just before we leave for Greek Peak, the place we snowboarded and the place where i lost my entire bag... dunno which idiot took it -.-

Haha spent the whole night playing super smash bros and harrassing Tris' cat ... apprently a shemale saimese cat, fat and lazy with a huge attitude scratched Pin ... BWAAHAHAHAHA idiot! Jigglypuff ownes in super smash bros!

Tris' dad drove us all the way to Greek peak, around 1 1/2 hour journey... considered short for americans, one thing to note in US, there are NO road humps over here, so for those crazy initial D fans, the US is the place for u!

<--- greek peak parking lot well u can see those trails over in the back ground. Those trials are graded Green (i can win) , Blue(hurt me plenty), Black (nightmare!)... u wont want to try the blue ones if you are a first timer... the slopes are like more than 60 degrees... well the black trials are similar to blue trials but trees and other obstacles just pops out of no where... so i managed to conquer one of the green trials only.

Hahah remembed the time where me and yuhei used the ski lift to go up the green trial. The snow board dangles on one of our foot awkwardly and tripped both of us when we got off the lift ouch... i sprained my ankle and yuhei sprained his knee hahaha... but we still carried on LOL.. so much more fun than going in circles in a ice skating rink...

The picture of me alone on the ski lift is in the night, where it was snowing heavily making one side of my face numb before i could even snowboard all the way downhill. Temperature around may be cold but i was sweating all the way... it just feels like you are wearing a jacket in singapore.

Pics of me getting pwned by the training ground me going up te lift at the green trial again... Tris on the verge of falling down... poor pin stuck in the bottom of the hill... think she scared of heights... well at least she took some pictures and videos of us "coming" down the hill ...haha too bad the vids cannot be blogged... show u guys and gals when i get back to sg around late april. Cannot wait for the next winter to come... its snowboarding time again bwahahaha...

Filler...filler....episode

A ja! ... watched wild hogs today with the chinks today. Jaja funny show kinda reminded me of those days back in singapore hanging out with 'gay' friends minus the harley davidsons ... sian its now spring break for a week... most of the freshmen /freshwomen lived in freshmen dorms... they have to move out... and most of them live at different states ... so they went home, leaving the overseas homeless students back in school T_T... oh well not too bad ... went to Tris's home for 2 days and a day at Greek Peak for snowboarding... happy times!

A home in the suburban landscape in NY state... where their lawn / backyard is bigger than what u can find in houses in Nassim Road... a place u can say " the 'wild' is my backyard". Really friendly pple really troubled them though for driving us to Greek Peak back and forth all the way... owe them many many thanks.

Hope Pin gets her laptop soon so she could post the photos into facebook, and vids to youtube. Good to have a camara woman around ^^ ... looks like we have a camara man in sg too! A person who has the ability to "stop time" is always welcome in a "team".
